A local realty group is offering new services following the founder and managing broker’s designation as a Certified Senior Housing Professional through the Senior Real Estate Institute.

Cathy Goza of the Goza Realty Group in Greeley received the prestigious designation after completing the required 40 hours of classroom work, multiple outside class hours of in-facility fieldwork, a final exam and a grueling panel interview process, according to her press release. Goza can now serve older adults and caregivers at all stages of late-life housing transitions, which includes downsizing, decluttering and rightsizing.

As a result, Goza’s brokerage is offering a unique Generations Concierge Service. Services offered include selling assistance of the current residence and buying a new, right-sized home, as well as assistance in placement into other seniors’ living facilities.

There is also a program to manage and fund home improvement services on senior-owned current residences for sale, with a goal of adding value to the properties and increasing the selling price to yield greater net proceeds for the property owner.
