After 20 years as a high-performing REALTOR, I discovered that my real passion, my calling, is to help seniors of all ages navigate the intricacies of buying and selling homes over the generations of their lives: from their 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond.

In my personal life, I have always had an affinity and love for older people. I come from a large Nebraska family of numerous aunts and uncles whom I was fortunate enough to spend time with growing up, and witnessed first-hand their needs and desires as they aged.

Among those was my great aunt Bev for whom I provided care, counseling and guidance for during her twilight years in California. During that period of care, with monthly commutes from Colorado to California, I helped navigate her personal needs, including relocating her to Nebraska for the final months of her life. I was honored to sell her life-long residence after her passing, contributing substantially to her estate.

That incredibly fulfilling and rewarding experience led me to understand that helping seniors buy and sell homes through the generations of their life, their Generations of Transitions, if you will, was going to be my passion, my calling in life.

Today, I have dedicated my real estate career to expertly, and with a high degree of personal service, to helping seniors with their housing transitions.
